In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hbk77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under the domain hbk77.vip and all associated services, products, and features made available thereon.
• "User" / "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the hbk77 platform in any capacity.

• "Real Money Funds" — refers to funds deposited by a Member via a supported Indonesian payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet) that are held in the Member's wallet distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the multiple of bonus funds that a Member must bet through before Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and document verification process hbk77 applies to Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Supported Payment Methods" — refers to the Indonesian banks and e-wallets through which hbk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• "IDR" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of account on hbk77.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all platform operations, event scheduling, and customer support hours.

Access to and use of hbk77 is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of this agreement.

hbk77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Accounts found to have been opened in violation of these eligibility requirements will be closed, and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on hbk77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hbk77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Material inaccuracies in registration data may result in Account suspension and withdrawal holds pending KYC verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hbk77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hbk77 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

hbk77 applies a standard KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal request and at other times as required by our compliance procedures. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. hbk77 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within five minutes during business hours (WIB); processing times during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays may extend to 24 hours. hbk77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal exceeding Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah).

5.4 Currency

The sole currency of account on hbk77 is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All balances, wager amounts, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in IDR. No foreign currency conversion is required for Indonesian Members.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by hbk77 are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the relevant bonus; any unmet Bonus Funds will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. hbk77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, pattern play, or any other conduct that hbk77 determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than to participate in genuine gambling entertainment.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, only one bonus offer may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a prior bonus wagering requirement remains unsatisfied may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.

7.1 Sportsbook
